Depends: It is necessary to have a physician like your primary care physician or a dermatologist work you up for possible causes of hair loss. If the results point to an endocrinological cause, i would recommend seeing an endocrinologist. Hair loss is very diverse and doesn't necessarily have to be endocrinology related.
