Take Tylenol/Ibuprof: You may be coming up with an infection, viral or other.For now you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprifen to bring temmp down if you feel uncomfortable due to fever and if fever persists and/or other symptoms start then check it with your doctor.
