See pedi urologist: An experienced pediatric urologist, or a reconstructive urologic surgeon with plenty of experience with urethral reconstruction, are probably the best drs. To deal with this problem. We advise patients that the urinary meatus should reach the the coronal sulcus (groove at base of glans) for satisfactory fertilility. Alternative is to do nothing if functions (urination & sex) are satisfactory..

It depends: If you can urinate standing and the penis is straight or nearly straight with erections, you may not have to do anything about it at your age. On the other hand, if it is curved or you can not urinate standing (and wish to do so), you may wish to have it repaired. The results are good but it may take more than one procedure to complete the repair.
