Burning urine: You should be checked for infection. Also possible you a have stricture (scar tissue) from the surgery that needs to be treated.

Need urinalysis: Burning with urination can be due to a urinary infection, thus UTI needs to be ruled out. Symptom might be due to a urethral stricture which is a common complication following hypospadias repair. This can be checked simply by uroflowmetry (measuring your flow rate). May require cystoscopy to check &/or treat. Good luck.
