No quick method: Study after study shows that short-term diets are not effective in maintaining weight loss. What you need is lifestyle changes and eat in a healthy way from now on. Fewer carbohydrates and fats along with increased reliance on vegetables will be very helpful. Activity is also important so a regular exercise program is recommended. Make healthy lifestyle changes and avoid the yo-yo dieting.

Not so fast !: Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise.

Quick weight loss: Any quick weight loss tends to be followed by weight gain. The best solution for weight loss is a long term change in diet. But a quick fast or cleanse can give a jump start. Try all fruits and veggies for 3 days.

Fastest does not: Equal best. To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
