Knee or kneecap ?: Either way you should receive professional and individual monitoring. Good cardio would include low impact with limited flexing and extending as dictated by the severity of your injury and the amount of healing you have experienced. Cycling, swimming, elliptical and treadmill would all work as long as you do not exceed the degree of healing you have experienced.
