A member asked:

Is it safe to take a 30mg dose of procyclidine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A discontinued med: Procyclidine is an old antiparkinson medication (anticholinergic as well) but it is not that effective and incidence of side effects is quite high and so this med has been dicontinued in the us. The max dosage is 60mg/day. If you have parkinson disease or some one you know using this med, consider consulting doc for eval as there are better alternatives available. Good luck.
