Abdomen, not stomach: If by "stomach" you're referring to the organ that digests food, the answer is no. But lipodystrophy can include abdominal fat accumulation (build-up of fat within the abdomen), which can cause abdominal distension and discomfort, and which may also increase the risk of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease.
