Which is the worst endocrine disorder is associated with the malfunctioning gland?

Perspecitve: Lots of difficult endocrine disorders which will affect life. Some include: pituitary failure, men (esp 2), some disorders of sexual differentiation where we don't know the sex of the baby at birth (and others), autoimmune polyglandular syndromes, stim g-protein disorders (mccune albright). It's hard to say which is the worst because all of them are so life-changing for the patients & families.
