Thyroid and ..: Of the endocrine organs, thyroid is the commonest site of cancers. Pituitary tumors while not cancers in the literal sense are still dangerous. If you include testes and ovaries among the endocrine organs, these two, especially ovary is a common site of cancer.

Not very common: At all. There are two heritable syndromes of men 1 (pituitaty, pancreas (insulin, gastrin and glucagon producing), para thyroid) and men 2 adrenal pheochromcytoma and parathyroid adenomas. Testis and ovary pruduce non-endocrine type tumors, and rarely endocrine producing. Adrenal cortcal tumors are not common.
