The skin is: the largest hormone secreting tissue in the body and the fat cells are probably second -- but they are not "glands" as such. Every tissue produces a variety of hormones.

Thyroid Gland: The thyroid gland is the largest purely endocrine gland. The Pancreas is larger, but is technically a heterocrine gland (exocrine and endocrine function).
