Which is harder to quit: cigarettes or coffee or chocolate?

I think cigarettes.: I would think you listed them in order of difficulty from hardest to easiest only because of the bodily changes that result from habitual use of them all. With cigarettes, the brain produces more receptors for them, so the addiction is hard-wired.

Tobacco is: Tobacco, cigarettes or smokeless, causes dependence in many. You can become tolerant to its effects (need more) and have withdrawal when you stop. Many smokers have a hard time stopping, unable to get through a day. Coffee can be habit forming and cause symptoms when stopping, but, it has a milder dependence. In terms of risk, tobacco harms. Coffee/chocolate aren't risky except large amounts
