Ortho phosphoric aci: Superphosphozyme by biotics will whiten teeth. Use a qtip with few drops use on teeth and rinse off using water with little baking soda to remove any acid (or just rinse thoroughly).

I would suggest excellent home care (brushing and flossing) and regular and perhaps more frequent professional cleanings. If the above does not remove enough of the stain then you may consider bleaching but remember bleaching is not permanent and you will need to touch up routinely based on your habits

Two ways: Whitening toothpaste everyday and regular cleanings at your dental office at least twice per year (in addition to decreasing coffee consumption and tobacco use).

Many options: The teeth can be bonded with a composite plastic or they could be veneered or they could be crowned. It all depends on where the discolorastion is and hoew badly broken down the affected teeth are.
