Pec stretch: Put outstretched arm with inner wrist in doorframe so that it is in a straight line with the side of your body. Then gently and slowly turn your body away until you feel the stretch. Hold for 1 minute then do other side. It should feel like a stretch, not be painful. If pain then stop. There are good videos for stretching routines.
