Angular Cheilitis: Treatment depends on the cause. Angular Cheilitis can be caused by dry lips, viral or bacterial infections, poor nutrition (iron deficiency and riboflavin to name a couple) as well as more serious systemic conditions. Suggest treating with something like Abreva® for a short time if this is new issue. If it is recurrent then some lab testing may be helpful to identify nutritional deficiencies, etc.
