Xenical: Xenical is not a supplement. It's a prescription medication that blocks about one-third of the fat in the food you eat from being digested. Instead, this fat comes out in your stool -- often giving you diarrhea. The idea is that if you don't absorb the fat, you'll lose weight. There can be many problems with this, including the fact that several essential vitamins are fat-soluble.
