A member asked:

Is there any way to consume lipase with orlistat?

Why?: Orlistat is a lipase blocker causing fatty diarrhea thereby leading to weight loss. Taking lipase will cause your fats to be absorbed offsetting the effect of orlistat. It makes no sense to take both together.

Counter active : Lipase breaks down fat while oralistat prevents the absorption of fat.
