Stressed : Tension and stress and stimulants caused teeth clinching . As well as being in a hurry and sitting in traffics . Try and keep mentally relaxed, eat healthy , and exersice will help your day time clinching . A custome dental bite appliance can help as well.

No: Vyvanase is for adhd which would be a situation of hyperactivity, which in itself could encourage the patient to be more inclined to be a clencher. The vyvanase should help the hyperactivity but in itself should not cause clenching. If the patient has all their adult teeth and they are in their proper position, a bite appliance may be necessary.

Stress: Teeth grinding may be due to tmj, stress or habit. A night-guard may be necessary to alleviate the stress on the joint and re- train the facial muscles. Contact your dentist or TMJ specialist for an evaluation.
