Yes, it's bad.: Basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of skin cancer. It rarely spreads to other parts of the body. But it can invade deeply where it is. So if you have confirmed basal cell carcinoma it should be removed completely. Consult a mohs certified dermatologist.
