There's no magic.: Depending on your particular issues, some shoes, some brand names, some styles will make you feel more (or less) comfortable. If you want to try the wooden shoes on, go for it, but they may or may not make a world of difference. You may need a good orthotic in a more standard shoe to make you more comfortable.
