No; not healthy .: Artificial sweeteners have been found to have a multitude of side effects because they are metabolized into methanol and formaldehyde. Formaldehyde has been found to cause migraines, cancer, heart palpitations, gastrointestinal and neurological problems. You would be better off to avoid all sodas, diet or not, and focus on drinking more water and herbal tea.
