ACID REFLUX MAY: Cause chest burning or tightnes, but not abdominal pain. Other conditions sometimes associated with reflux like acute/chronic gastritis, duodenitis, peptic ulcers and gallbladder as well as pancreatic disease may cause abdominal pain.
