See Someone: You may need to see a psychiatrist in order to get fixed up and back on track. It seems as though what you did really created some problems. I would make sure you don't take any other mind altering substances as you could actually become worse than you already are. Good luck.

Seek out help.: That is one of the reasons you should not smoke synthetic dope. These are dangerous chemicals and can have lasting damage. Most studies show an improvement in brain function after drug exposure that clears in the first year. It may take months but things will get better with the anxiety. Seek out a doctor and see about treating it till your brain heals.
