Insurance covers: Get seen by your primary doctor and she will order to proper test (e.g. Mri, ct) for you. If medically indicated tests are 'covered' under medicaid.

Probably about $1000: The single best test for a possible brain tumor, if it is clinically reasonable, is an MRI of the head. The average cost for this is likely around $1000, but some facilities will have lower prices for medicaid patients. You should understand that brain tumors are uncommon in 20 year old people and are rarely self-diagnosed. See your doctor about your problems for a reasonable diagnosis.
