Other influences: Are you getting enough sleep? How's your relationship? Stress levels? Fitness level? Libido can be affected by all the above as well as t levels. The body's priorities are pretty basic; take care of the basics and you will have more energy for sex. Good luck.

i think your story is very common. You are definitely showing signs of aging, but your testosterone level is not the source of your sexual worries. I would want to know you blood pressure, your blood sugars, your weight and what other medications you are on.
Are you close to the men in your family? Are these subjects off limits to talk about?
How do you respond to viagra (sildenafil) or cialis?
