See your doctor: Put pressure to stop the bleeding. See your doctor to assess the wound and determine what needs to be done. If you are not up to date with tetanus then get a tetanus shot. I don't think you will get tetanus but it is always good practice to determine if you need the vaccine in case you get another wound in the future that has a potential for tetanus.
