Clean/watch: Start by cleaning the area with antiseptic soap. If you can find an otc antibiotic cream I would use it to cover open wounds. Look at the site multiple signs daily & re-clean/re-apply cream as needed. Increasing redness or drainage would be worrisome. It will likely heal in a week or so.

Burn: I recommend washing the area with warm soap and water, pat dry, apply an antibacterial ointment like Neosporin, cover with gauze, use paper tape to hold it in place. Wear loose white cotton panties. Observe for spreading redness which may indicate secondary bacterial infection(cellulitis) which calls for oral antibiotics, and if severe infection, treatment by a physician. Cold compresses for pain
