Single ball.: When a breast cancer is palpable, it often feels like a 3-dimensionally round, rock-hard, fixed lump distinctly different than normal rubbery, lumpy-bumpy breast tissue.

Depends: It can be a single lump but not always. If you have concerns, only a doctor and breast images with a possible need biopsy can make a definitive diagnosis.
