It shouldn't: How much are you taking? Why are you even supplementing? Do you know you have a deficiency? Stop taking it if you don't know for sure you have a deficiency.

For some yes ..: Vitamin b6 deficiency can lead to anxiety, mood instability, sensory regulation problems, nightmares and more. Supplementation is very safe; however, some can be sensitive to vitamin b6 or it's activated form called pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The most common side effects are nausea and feeling more awake. Take with food to prevent nausea and no later than lunch to help with wakefulness before bed.
