A member asked:

Does food change lactic acidosis levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Many foods are acidic in nature and so anything acidic can make an acidosis worse. Alkaline diets (increasing avocado, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery for example) can help balance and acidic condition. Meats are very acidic, by the way.
