What's the difference between a wrestler and an anorexic?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Perception: While a wrestler could be anorexic, generally a wrestler may try and achieve a lower body weight in order to compete in a particular weight class. Although they may be underweight they would have an accurate perception of their body image (hopefully). An anorexic still sees themself as either too heavy or at an acceptable body weight/shape despite being 15% or more underweight-also fear weightgain.
