Signal of future DM: Since this condition has been defined only recently, there are no figures available to my knowledge at this time but 10to15% of american have impaired glucose tolerance and it shows that this a big problem as many of these will develope diabetes sometimes unless they follow diet and exercise and loose weight if over weight.
