How can i keep from spreading influenza?

Clean commonly touched objects like doorknobs, faucets, toilet flusher, refrigerator door, etc. Separate your toothbrush from family members. Tamiflu (oseltamivir) may reduce viral shedding. It's better to prevent the flu, get the vaccine.
