Hygiene: Since you can't live in a bubble, keep away form people who you know have the flu, wash your hands, cover your cough and sneeze and get the flu shot !

Avoidance: Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching mouth, nose or eyes with unclean hands. Cough into crock of elbow. Stay away from people who are ill. Get your influenza vaccine.
