Distance Reiki: Reiki dolls may be used when the practitioner is sending reiki to someone at a distance. Hand positions are placed on the doll (or even teddy bear), like they would be on the person if s/he was in the room. The process of preparation is a little different than it would be if the person was in the same room. But the intent and energy shared, are the same. The doll can be specially made, or not.
