Is there a difference between reiki and craniosacral therapy?

Yes: Yes craniosacral therapy refers to the specific osteopathic technique of treating the skull plates with the application of gentle force of direct hand contact and muscle energy stretching, while reiki refers to the transference of "life force energy" by the laying on of hands by the practitioner either directly or having the hands in close proximity to the patient to transfer energy and well being.

Reiki v Craniosacral: Both of the treatments you mention are based on energy medicine or the theory that there is an invisible force or bio-electric force that animates us all. Reiki works as moving that force through the body and Craniosacral works gently on the spine to circulate the energy there. They are natural and non-invasive and there is limited data to support their effectiveness. Peace & good health.
