Depends: Stomach aches after eating can be from eating too much, eating something that disagrees with you because you can not tolerate it, causes reflux or gastritis (inflammation of the stomach). Try writing down what you eat to see ify ou can track it. The most common food intolerances are to dairy and gluten so do an elimination diet for 3 weeks without them and see how you feel. And see your doctor.
