Junk food: Well, the obvious answer is not to eat junk food but you already know that. If the sugar load is causing your stomach ache, there isn't anything that will help that. If you have gastritis or an ulcer and the junk food has aggravated it, taking an antacid may help. In all seriousness though, try to cut back on the junk food. It will only hurt your body.
