Lifestyle audit/chg: Triggers:stress, fatigue, poor sleep, illness, fasting, dehydration. Management:sufficient sleep, regular meals including breakfast and better hydration, exercise, relaxation techniques, avoidance of known triggers.Some benefit from melatonin at bedtime, coq10 and riboflavin. A good physical and discussion with your doc to rule out contributing illness is also worthwhile.
