Crohn's Disease?: You may have any number of problems that a colon biopsy may clarify. Crohn's disease must be ruled out, but infection and infiltrative disorders of the gut are also on the differential list. Of course, regardless of etiology, your doctor can offer medication--so talk to him/her about the finding & what is recommended.
