Not enough.: Having regular periods is typically required for fertility, however it is neither necessary nor sufficient for getting pregnant. Female fertility rapidly declines after the age of 37-38 and you may need to see a reproductive endocrinologist/infertility specialist to help you achieve your dream pregnancy. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and think positive. Best of luck!
