Carpal tunnel?: Have you been evaluated for the cause of the pain? It could possibly be carpal tunnel syndrome. Wearing a wrist brace (you cn buy at any pharmacy) at night may help. You should probably see your physician for a proper diagnosis.

See below: There are several common causes of hand numbness. The most common cause is carpal tunnel, but you may also can neuropathy. See your physician for further evaluation.
