A member asked:

What can i do if i get severe cramps after physical exertion, yet drink plenty of water?

Hydration...: Hydration is not only drinking plenty of water. Actually you don't want to drink plenty of water. You need the electrolytes you are sweating away while exercising. Gatorade and the other liquid of similar nature are the best. Water alone doesn't replace electrolytes...Just the water you lost.
