Medication overuse: The most common cause of a morning ha is medication overuse/ withdrawal. Avoid caffeine entirely , avoid pain meds more than 2 days per week. Other less common causes of am ha include teeth grinding, sleep apnea, high CSF pressure.

Anything: You could be having migraines, tension headaches, eye strain or sinus headaches. Sometimes dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring or chronic sinus allergies can cause headaches. I recommend you see a doctor.
