No: Sunburn yes... Wind burn no. Protect your skin from windburn by using protective clothing, moisturizing the skin, and using aloe and other soothing products when chapped skin occurs.

No: Sunburn is from ultraviolet rays which are blocked by sun block. Wind burn is from the wind's drying effect on the skin. Good hand cream or vaseline will help to prevent this.
