Wear hat: Best answered by a Dermatologist but I have a friend who has a similar problem and likes to play golf. He wears a wide- brimmed hat, light( white)long - sleeve all- cotton shirts that " breathe" and light- colored long pants. He plays early in the morning or much later in the day to avoid the most intense UV rays. See a Dermatologist; they may have a sunscreen u r not allergic to. Best of Luck!
