Maternity clothing: Many department stores carry an inexpensive, fasionable, maternity line (check old navy, gap, and target). Many women are able to wear their own pants in up to mid second trimester with a "belly band" which helps to keep regular pants (unzipped) up, and show off that bump with a cute top. Trade with other moms or check out a consignment shop. (also a great place to find baby supplies!).

Non-binding fits: Pregnant clothing should be comfortable, non-binding and have, especially in slacks, an 'expandomatic' feature. By the way, ditch the high heels for stability while walking. Many pregnancy patients injure themselves or their unborn babies with loss of balance falls.
