Doctor can evaluate: Cramps and pains are of many kinds. Some are intestinal. Some are from the bladder. Others are uterine. Of course, there are all those muscles in the abdomen too. Brief, temporary intestinal cramps usually self-resolve once all the poop is out. Bladder cramps may be a urine infection. Uterine cramps may be menstrual problems. Other disorders occur, too, so a doctor's evaluation is the wise choice.
