I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck and one under left side of my chin my skin isn't red there not painfull they just sit there there not hard?

Have it evaluated: Lymph node enlargement is normally infections and may come from the skin or from a dental abscess. With no obvious cause you should have it evaluated by your physician.

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
