R u on any medicines: Such as aspirin, blood thinners, steroids, herbal medicines? How old r u? Has this ever happened to you before? Is there a family history of easy bruising? Some lab tests such as bleeding time or platelet count can be done to look further into issue.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. If you are not on blood thinners, it could be due to low platelet count, coagulation defect or increased vascular fragility. You may wish to consult a hematologist.
